In some cases, we have been able to support event who have mandatory licence conditions on CCTV or the ability to view crowd hotspots (even if remote and off site) from meeting their obligations and having restrictions on crowd size reduced or removed.

We understand the risks involved in each individual crowd more than any other drone operator.
From this, we developed Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Technical Innovations unique to use which demonstrate our operation is incredibly low risk, both in National Aviation Authority and local Health and Safety legislative terms.
We have obtained all the necessary approvals for both indoor and outdoor close to and over crowd flights whilst protecting the crowd members at all times from any harm.
Crowd Management Expertise
Our Crowd Safety Team are not just drone pilots, we deploy highly experience, skilled and qualified Crowd Managers who have experience of planning & delivering Crowd Safety Management at events around the world.
They are qualified to a bear minimum of qualifications such as the Level 4 Spectator Safety Management Diploma and Level 5 Award in Crowd Safety Management. Most of our Crowd Managers are qualified to BA (Hons) or MSc level in Crowd Safety Management / Crowd Dynamics.
They will monitor the feed from the drone, directing it to actively monitor for early signs of Crowd Safety problems or challenges and allow you to direct resources from Event Control to proactively prevent issues from occurring.
Event Control Downlink
We provide Event Control with a live high definition live stream for any number of our drones as well as two way communications with our team to enable us to be directed to any incident or issue you want to monitor.
Within our capability is secure streaming of the drone feeds, using military grade encryption, from any location on the earth to Control Rooms as well as any mobile phone or internet connected device, even when crowds are diminishing phone signal.
All footage is recorded in high definition and provided to you on a hard drive for each show day by the team onsite before they depart.

Working across a portfolio of festivals in ubran and rurual areas, we co-ordinate with Event Control to allow all areas of the site, approach roads and Zone Ex to be visible with our high definition zoom and thermal cameras. Working for Liverpool FC and supporting Liverpool City Council for multiple years of parades, we cover the entirety of the 13km parade route with six drones providing continuous coverage of the route, fed back to the Multi Agency Control Room. This allows real time Crowd Management decisions to be made and aids the response to incidents.

Crowds attending events in central London can be quite challenging due to the scale and geographic layout. We support major events by providing live crowd safety feeds which downlink to the MOL Control Room & Metropolitan Police Control Room in addition to the local Event Control, through our secure bonded streaming.

Tottenham Hotspur FC Parade & Stadium
Whilst we regularly deploy to provide Crowd Safety drone services for the Stadium Control Room to manage Zone Ex, we also deployed multiple drones on two days notice to deliver drone coverage of the entire Europa league victory parade. This involved complex short notice planning for take off sites, working hand in hand with the Metropolitan Police events team.
