With the increasing cost of labour, such as event security and stewarding, admits the costs of installing CCTV in large volumes to cover all events areas, our Event Drone Patrols service , also known as BVLOS or Drone as First Response (DFR), is the perfect way to reduce costs whilst increasing coverage of all areas of your event, venue crowded place.
Event Drone Patrols
Under new regularity approval being used primarily by emergency services and first responders, can deploy drones which automatically patrol your key event areas monitoring for incidents or problems, and reactively respond to anything that occurs.
The key benefit is that even with long event perimeters of several kilometres, one drone can cover what would take hundreds of CCTV cameras to cover in the same level of detail.
With special authorisations & licenses from the national airspace regulator to deploy this technology, we look after all aspects of the planning, implementation and delivery to make the entire process a seemingly integration into your exiting command and control structures.
The Technology
The drone technology is rugged and proven in even the most extreme environments, with a fully IP rated drone which can fly in extreme wind and rain at tolerances higher than those which would force you to evacuate the crowd.
The drones are installed in ideal location around the event site with just a minimal need for 240v power and clear view of the sky around them. Where internet cannot be provided at this location, we provide our own Starlink connection which is guaranteed and more than enough bandwidth.
How it benefits your event
These drones remotely stream back to Event Control providing full control and camera feeds from High Definition zoom and Thermal zoom cameras. The live feed is provided in Event Control on 55 inch monitors in any location you find most effective.
We also monitor the location of the drone based on your site map at all times as well as monitoring local airspace, drones in the vicinity, weather conditions and our own live CCTV of the drone take off and landing location to ensure its security.
Our Control Room setup is built into a flight case to allow minimal space needed and is exceptionally quick to deploy.
